StoryaLaunch by Akitsu Consulting Pte. Ltd. is an autonomous Amazon Ads agent and daily brief for indie authors. These terms set out the agreement between you and Akitsu Consulting Pte. Ltd. ("we", "us") when you use it.
By creating an account or using StoryaLaunch you agree to these terms and confirm you are at least 16 years old. If you do not agree, or you are under 16, do not use the service. If you use StoryaLaunch on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have the authority to accept these terms for it.
StoryaLaunch researches keywords, creates and adjusts Amazon Sponsored Products campaigns, tracks your Best Sellers Rank, reviews, and spend, and sends you one daily brief. Free accounts run in dry-run: the agent reads, decides, and writes the brief but does not change anything on Amazon. On a paid plan the agent builds your campaigns paused; nothing spends until you click Go live and confirm the total daily budget.
You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and let us know promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
To execute campaigns, you authorise StoryaLaunch through Amazon's standard authorisation flow. You remain responsible for your Amazon Advertising account and for complying with Amazon's own terms and policies. You may revoke our access at any time from your Amazon account. The agent acts only within the scope you grant it.
The connection to Amazon Advertising uses a Login with Amazon application registered to Neuraltree Private Limited, which manages that connection. Akitsu Consulting Pte. Ltd. provides StoryaLaunch to you under these terms.
Advertising outcomes depend on many factors outside our control — your book, your market, your pricing, and Amazon itself. We do not guarantee any level of sales, ranking, ACoS, return on ad spend, or other result. Once you go live, the agent changes bids and manages campaigns that cost real money, and you are responsible for your ad spend. You can pause campaigns in Amazon Ads at any time. If you set a monthly spending cap we pause your campaigns when it is reached, but because Amazon reports spend about a day late your total can run slightly past the cap.
Your book data, campaign data, and account remain yours. You grant Akitsu Consulting Pte. Ltd. a limited, non-exclusive licence to process and store that data for the sole purpose of providing the service to you. We claim no ownership of your work and do not use your data to train models for our own purposes.

StoryaLaunch offers a free trial and a paid subscription. The subscription is billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor, Stripe, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the dashboard and keep access through the end of the period you have paid for. When your subscription ends, we pause the campaigns we manage in your Amazon Ads account and email you. They stay paused until you subscribe and go live again. Removing a book from StoryaLaunch also pauses its campaigns. If we cannot reach your Amazon account, for example because you revoked our access, we cannot pause campaigns for you and you will need to pause them in Amazon Ads. During pre-beta, billing may be inactive; pricing and plans may change before general availability.
You can stop using StoryaLaunch and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached or if required to protect the service, Amazon, or other users.
StoryaLaunch is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will achieve any particular advertising result.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Akitsu Consulting Pte. Ltd. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, nor for advertising spend, lost profits, lost data, or lost goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) StoryaLaunch. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Akitsu Consulting Pte. Ltd. is incorporated, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be subject to the courts of that jurisdiction.
