StoryaLaunch by Neuraltree Private Limited is an autonomous Amazon Ads agent and daily brief for indie authors. These terms set out the agreement between you and Neuraltree Private Limited ("we", "us") when you use it.
By creating an account or using StoryaLaunch you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you use StoryaLaunch on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have the authority to accept these terms for it.
StoryaLaunch researches keywords, creates and adjusts Amazon Sponsored Products campaigns, tracks your Best Sellers Rank, reviews, and spend, and sends you one daily brief. New accounts default to dry-run, where the agent reads, decides, and writes the brief but does not push changes to Amazon. Execution is opt-in, per book, and gated by the target ACoS you set.
You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and let us know promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
To execute campaigns, you authorise StoryaLaunch through Amazon's standard authorisation flow. You remain responsible for your Amazon Advertising account and for complying with Amazon's own terms and policies. You may revoke our access at any time from your Amazon Ads developer console. The agent acts only within the scope you grant it.
Advertising outcomes depend on many factors outside our control — your book, your market, your pricing, and Amazon itself. We do not guarantee any level of sales, ranking, ACoS, return on ad spend, or other result. When you enable execution, the agent changes bids and creates campaigns that cost real money, and you are responsible for your ad spend. Use dry-run until you are comfortable with what the agent does.
Your book data, campaign data, and account remain yours. You grant Neuraltree Private Limited a limited, non-exclusive licence to process and store that data for the sole purpose of providing the service to you. We claim no ownership of your work and do not use your data to train models for our own purposes.

StoryaLaunch offers a free trial and paid Pro and Growth plans. Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor, Stripe, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the dashboard and keep access through the end of the period you have paid for. During pre-beta, billing may be inactive; pricing and plans may change before general availability.
You can stop using StoryaLaunch and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached or if required to protect the service, Amazon, or other users.
StoryaLaunch is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will achieve any particular advertising result.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Neuraltree Private Limited will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, nor for advertising spend, lost profits, lost data, or lost goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) StoryaLaunch. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Neuraltree Private Limited is incorporated, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be subject to the courts of that jurisdiction.
