StoryaLaunch by Neuraltree Private Limited is an autonomous Amazon Ads agent for indie authors. To run your campaigns and write your daily brief, it handles account, advertising, and book data. This document explains what we collect, why, and who processes it on our behalf.

What we collect

Account details. Your email address and authentication information when you sign up or sign in with a magic link.
Amazon Advertising data. When you connect your account, we access your Amazon Ads data through Amazon's standard authorisation flow: campaigns, search terms, bids, and spend and sales metrics for the books you manage.
Book identifiers and public signals. The ASIN you give us, plus public Best Sellers Rank snapshots and review information for that book.
Billing information. If you subscribe, the billing details needed to manage your subscription. Card details are handled by our payment processor; we never see or store your full card number.
Usage data. Pipeline run history and basic operational logs needed to run and debug the service.

How we use it

to run the agent — research keywords, build and adjust campaigns, and track results;
to generate and deliver your daily brief;
to operate, secure, and improve the service;
to manage your account and, if you pay, your subscription;
to contact you about your account or material changes to the service.

Your Amazon authorisation

You authorise StoryaLaunch through Amazon's standard OAuth flow. We never ask for or store your Amazon password. The refresh token that lets the agent act on your behalf is encrypted at rest. You can revoke access from your Amazon Ads developer console at any time, and the agent stops acting on your account within the hour.

The services we rely on

To deliver StoryaLaunch we use third-party providers that process data under contract on our behalf, solely to operate the service:

Amazon Advertising — the advertising platform the agent reads from and writes to, under the authorisation you grant.
Anthropic (Claude) — generates keyword research and the written analysis in your brief.
Supabase — authentication and the database that stores your account and campaign records.
Stripe — processes payments if you subscribe.
Resend — delivers your daily brief and waitlist emails.
Railway — hosts the application and runs the daily pipeline.
Sentry — error monitoring to catch pipeline failures.

We do not sell your data, we do not scrape your competitors, and we do not use your campaign performance to train any model.

Data retention

We keep your account and campaign data while your account is active so the agent has the history it needs to make good decisions. You can ask us to delete your account and its data at any time.

Security

Traffic is encrypted in transit, and sensitive credentials such as your Amazon refresh token are encrypted at rest. Access to stored data is limited to what is needed to operate the service.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, export, or delete the personal data we hold about you. Write to the address below and we will act on it.

Children

StoryaLaunch is a business tool for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date above will be updated. Substantive changes — anything that affects what we collect or how it is used — will be communicated to account holders before they take effect.
